Dispute between star couple: Mutual complaint to police

A dispute has erupted between international female boxer Saviti Bura, who is known as one of the leading sportspersons of India, and former Indian Kabaddi team player Deepak Hooda. As the dispute gradually escalated, both of them filed police complaints against each other. Saviti Bura filed a complaint at the Hisar police station in Haryana, accusing her husband Deepak Hooda of domestic violence and dowry harassment.

Dowry harassment:
Husband Deepak Hooda allegedly forced her to bring an SUV and Rs. 1 crore in cash.
Obstacle to boxing: She said that she was pressured to quit boxing and was prevented from practicing.
Domestic violence: She explained that there was a serious fight in October last year and since then she has been thrown out of the house.
Case registered: Based on Saviti's complaint, an FIR was registered against Deepak Hooda under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
Deepak Hooda's allegations
On the other hand, Deepak Hooda has accused his wife Saviti Bura's family of financial fraud,He filed a complaint at the Rohtak police station, alleging threats.

Property encroachment: He alleged that Saviti Bura's family had illegally encroached on his property.
Threats: He said that he had been threatened with dire consequences.
Family dispute: He indicated that family disputes had been increasing for some time and that the divorce process had begun. Deepak Hooda and Saviti Bura got married on July 7, 2022.
The disputes started just a few months after the marriage. Deepak Hooda is the former captain of the Indian Kabaddi team.
Saviti Bura won a gold medal at the World Boxing Championship in 2023.
Arjuna Awardees
Deepak Hooda received the Arjuna Award in 2020. Saviti Bura received the Arjuna Award in January 2024. The police investigation is ongoing. Since both have filed complaints against each other, further action will be taken after the investigation. There are indications that they are preparing for divorce.
This star couple, who once displayed outstanding sporting talent for India, is facing serious differences in their personal lives. Allegations of domestic violence, financial fraud, and dowry harassment are heating up. The truth will be revealed after the investigation.
