The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued an order for round-the-clock security, including armed guards and vehicles, following intelligence reports of risks to his safety. This decision comes as part of Vijay's active involvement in political affairs and the establishment of his party, Tamil Vetrikazhagam.
The central government has made a key decision regarding the prominent actor from Tamil Nadu and the leader of the Tamil Vetrikazhagam party, Vijay Thalapathy. It has been particularly decided to provide him with Y+ security. The Ministry of Home Affairs has also issued an official order in this regard, which has come as a surprise to many. Given that elections in Tamil Nadu are a year away, there is speculation about why security is being provided to him now. The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued an order granting him Y+ security, and 11 armed guards will be assigned in shifts to provide round-the-clock security to the hero.
The primary reason for providing security to the hero is the threat posed to him. He has mentioned that he will contest in the upcoming assembly elections and has been actively involved in politics in preparation for them. In this context, intelligence sources have indicated that he is facing a potential threat. As a result, the Ministry of Home Affairs has decided to provide him with Y+ security. Y+ security is the fourth highest level of protection. A total of 11 personnel will be assigned in shifts to provide 24-hour security. Among them, four will be commandos, and seven to nine will be police officers. Additionally, one or two vehicles will be included in the convoy. The government has provided this security arrangement to Vijay Thalapathy accordingly.

After discussions on various matters, Vijay Thalapathy was informed that he would be working as an election strategist for him. He also announced that he would act as a special advisor to the TVK party. As a precautionary measure, the government has provided him with Y+ security.
